How to track with MELL
Continue on MELL’s official tracking website to view the result for your number.
- Enter the tracking reference from your shipping document in the form above.
- Choose a tracking type before opening official tracking. If Auto has not identified a type, select one that matches your reference.
- Select Open official tracking. Your number is included in the official tracking URL. Check it on the carrier’s page and continue the query there.
MELL container number tracking
Use the container number supplied for your MELL shipment. Select Container in Tracking type, then choose Open official tracking.

MELL bill of lading tracking
Use the carrier bill of lading reference supplied for your MELL shipment. Select Bill of lading in Tracking type, then choose Open official tracking.

Use the carrier booking reference supplied for your MELL shipment. Select Booking number in Tracking type, then choose Open official tracking.

Choose a tracking type before opening official tracking. If Auto has not identified a type, select one that matches your reference.
What if the official page does not return a result?
Check the reference against your shipping document and confirm the type on MELL’s website. If it still has no result, contact the carrier or the party that arranged the booking. Lines Tracking does not receive the carrier’s error details.
Where will I see the shipment information?
Tracking results are provided by MELL on its website. Opening that page does not import shipment events into Lines Tracking.
